Enjoy this 40-minute yoga-based balance and breathwork class designed to soothe the mind and spirit. Freedom At The Mat is a Vinyasa flow yoga class integrating prayer and intention setting, set to jazz, soul and spiritual music. For WOMEN-ONLY, this class is a sacred space for women of all shapes and sizes to focus on quieting the mind and hearing from God. In this class, you will be guided to connect with your life’s intent through mindful physical exercise.

Through Shape Up NYC, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation offers free fitness classes every week at dozens of locations across the five boroughs. Expert fitness instructors teach a variety of classes including aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and Zumba. No preregistration is required; walk-ins are welcome.
