THE SPACE

PLEASE NOTE: 

  •  For our purposes a meeting is considered to be a gathering in one room only with 30 individuals or less where no food is served. If your meeting exceeds three hours or you wish to serve food, you are considered an event. Hours include set up and breakdown.

  •  All rentals can only take place within the confines of the space rented. The lobby is not a spillover or storage space.

  •  A full day rate is based on 8-10 hours, the half day rate is based on 4-7 hours. Rentals for events are only allowed on an hourly basis.

  •  Rentals outside of TDC’s business hours are subject to staff coverage fees.

I'm ready to rent! How do I get started? 

All rental requests are done online. Please click the button and complete the Rental Request Form in its entirety. A TDC staff member will respond within 48 business hours to your request.
