All rental requests are done online. Please click the button and complete the Rental Request Form in its entirety. A TDC staff member will respond within 3-5 business days to your request.

RENTALS

The Dream Center offers its space to the community for super competitive rates. Be it a room or the entire space, for an hour or a day, The Dream Center is a state-of-the-art facility that can accommodate your space needs. Our facility, classrooms, and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.

PRICING

A 25% non-refundable deposit of the room cost will be required upon booking. 

  • The refundable damage deposit will be $100 per room. 

  • Any event going past 10pm will incur a $100 surcharge.

  • A $25/per hour staffing coverage fee applies to before/after business hours.

  • Free 30 min prior to the event for setup and 30 mins to breakdown per room.

HALF DAY (for up to 3-6 hours)

  • One Room Package: Any one room rental.
    General Charge: $500
    Non-profit charge: $250

  • One Room Package w Lobby: Any one room rental with lobby.
    General Charge: $700
    Non-profit charge: $350

  • Two Room Package: Two room rentals.
    General Charge: $950
    Non-profit charge: $475

  • Entire Space Package: Two rooms with lobby.
    General Charge: $1,080
    Non-profit charge: $540

FULL DAY (for up to 6-9 hours)

  • One Room Package: Any one room rental.
    General Charge: $700
    Non-profit charge: $400

  • Two Room Package: Two room rentals.

MEETINGS & REHEARSALS

  • One Room: Any one room rental. (up to 3 hours/25 people max)
    General Charge: $50/hour
    Non-profit charge: $50/hour

  • Two Rooms: Two room rentals. (up to 3 hours/50 people max)
    General Charge: $100/hour
    Non-profit charge: $100/hour
