Launched in 2020 to aid mature dreamers with bridging the digital divide and increase connections via the internet, Senior Connect is a series of virtual and in-person programming for adults 50+ years in age. Participants create community through shared encounters in a myriad of classes.
The topics are wide-ranging from financial literacy and tech skills to swing dancing and crafting. These programs provide participants with practical and life skills with an opportunity to connect with other contemporaries.
Senior Connect serves to bridge the activity gaps for older adults and reinforce the notion that "you are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream," [-C.S. Lewis].
