Each student is paired with a dedicated mentor (Dream Builder) who serves as a compass. Our Builders are committed to unlocking the full potential of every student, navigating them through the intricate paths of their careers and college planning. Our program is a mosaic of dynamic workshops, engaging seminars, enriching college trips, immersive hands-on activities and building essential life skills. Through this diverse range of experiences, students cultivate crucial skills in career exploration, college readiness, financial literacy, professional development, and more.Starting from the summer before 10th and 11th grade and extending through their first post-secondary year, students are enveloped in a supportive environment where growth knows no bounds.
